Career Profile
C.I.A. first entered the MWF at the 1991 Elimination Confrontation event.
Pinned the Menace in his debut singles match.
Titles Held
MWF Aquidneck Island Regional Title 8/29/98 -
9/12/98
(defeated Mr. Hiamoto)
Greatest Match: 8/29/98 vs. Mr. Hiamoto. This match was for the MWF A.I.R.
title put on the line by the champion, Mr. Hiamoto, at MWF In Your Face 3
: Revolution Calling 98. Not only did C.I.A. capture his first MWF title,
but this match was also his first match as a member of Fiend's Flock. With
the referee distracted by C.I.A., fellow Fiend's Flock member Carnage was
able to blast Hiamoto with a metal tray enabling C.I.A. to score the pinfall
and the A.I.R. championship.
Favorite Match: 6/21/93 vs. Mike Speedo. Upset the future MWF World
Champion by pinfall in the qualifying round of the second MWF King of the
Ring in 1993. Managed to dominate, cleanly outwrestle, and finish off Speedo
with a fall-away slam with a bridge to achieve the win.
Toughest Opponent: Blue Tiger. Fresh off a stunning victory over Mr.
Hiamoto for the A.I.R. title, C.I.A. was met with a tremendous challenge
from the newcomer, the Blue Tiger, a high-flying Mexican Luchadore. Blue
Tiger used a combination of high-risk manuevers and a solid ground game to
frustrate C.I.A. The end to the match came when C.I.A.'s Flock comrade DeathMask
tried to attempt to help C.I.A. combat a sunset-flip attempt by hanging on
to his arm from the ring apron, but the referee kicked away the arm of DeathMask
causing the move to be completed, and was defeated. Try as C.I.A. might to
impress the Flock, the Blue Tiger proved too strong a roadblock.
Most Hated Opponent: DeathMask. Generally tries to maintain a detachment
from personal feuds in the MWF, but as a member of Fiend's Flock, has developed
a distain for the performance of his tag-partner DeathMask. C.I.A. feels
that DeathMask was responsible for going against the plans of C.I.A. costing
him the A.I.R. title as well as a loss to the MWF tag champs Beach Crew.
Favorite Manuever: "People's Legdrop". Delivers this manuever with
great flair as well as velocity and impact. With an opponent prone on the
canvas, bounces off opposite ropes, and seems to suspend himself in mid-air
before coming crashing down with a measured leg-drop to the opponent's throat.
The manuever has been responsible for many C.I.A. victories and is a definite
crowd-pleaser.
Scouting Report
Strengths
: Extensive knowledge of the MWF roster. Has been an
active competitor in the MWF for years now. Not only studies opponents, but
actually familiarizes himself with their complete bios, criminal records,
past relationships, etc. Psychologically, knows their profiles inside and
out in hopes to defeat them on that level as well as in the ring.
: Poker Face. Maintains a stern look on his face even thruout
a match. Hard for opponents to read sometimes not even knowing if he's hurt
or in trouble.
: All Business in the Ring. Comes to the ring to get the job
done and get paid. Not easily distracted. Avoids personal feuds.
: People's Legdrop. This flamboyant manuever has enabled him
to get a victory on numerous occasions. Deadly.
: Fiend's Flock. His association with the perenally beloved
Fiend has undoubtedly given his career a boost. His tag-partner DeathMask
has also complented C.I.A.'s wrestling style well.
Weaknesses
: Henchman Fixation. Has been a part of Brett Krueger and Fiend's
entourages and seems content to play the part of right-hand-man. For the
most part, this has in fact limited his career advancement potential.
: Psychologically alone. Knows many dark secrets about life
in the MWF as well as the United States that he is required to never divulge.
This can be a burden to even the strongest of individuals and can often affect
his in-ring performances. Despite his association with the flock, is actually
a loner at heart.
: Underachiever. Though a solid wrestler, C.I.A. has lost
his share of matches some thought he should have won.
: Over-Strategizes. Creates complex game-plans in his efforts
to defeat his opponents, but if a particular strategy backfires, has a hard
time regrouping and mustering a comeback.
Career Bio
C.I.A. first entered the MWF at the 1991 Elimination Confrontation event. Was victorious in his debut by pinning the Menace. ("A tough competitor.") Formed the tag-team Federal Express with partner F.B.I. and competed sporadically on MWF house shows for a number of years. ("The good ol' days.")
Participated at the 2nd MWF King of the Ring spectacular in 1993. Upset future MWF World Champion Mike Speedo by pinfall in the first round of that event which still stands as his greatest singles victory to date. ("I had studied him extensively and had performed a background check on him. I knew how to outmanuever him.") Was pinned by future associate Brett Krueger in the second round of the tourney and eliminated. ("Even though I have studied Brett Krueger, predicting him is a different story.")
Was a Battle Royal mainstay for several years until C.I.A. got his first big break; late in 1997, became an inductee of Brett Krueger's new organization F.U.C.K.T. allegedly formed at the time by Krueger to prevent political roadblocks towards his MWF World title aspirations, or "screwings" as Krueger often put it. ("If there was a conspiracy in the MWF, C.I.A. should know about it.") Along with F.B.I., Double-7 Chris Simmons, Lovable Brother Owen Krueger, and the Baron, F.U.C.K.T. stayed by the side of Krueger to prevent outside interference in his matches. At MWF Wrestlemania 1997, Krueger was upset by preliminary opponent Big Red by pinfall and along with the rest of F.U.C.K.T., C.I.A. beat down Big Red for defeating their employer. ("Even with us by his side, Krueger could never seem to get the job done. I began to doubt the legitimacy of Krueger's claims.")
The time came when Krueger obtained that which he sought, a 1-on-1 match for the MWF World belt against the reigning champion Mike Speedo at Lunatic Fringe 1998. To Krueger's dismay, he went into the match overconfident and was pinned in short order by Speedo. ("No one had screwed Brett Krueger and yet he was not the MWF Champion. My suspicions were justified."). Following the match, the NWA's Rugged Ralph and the Mountain of Love attacked Brett Krueger and perhaps having sensed the pointlessness of his current alliance, C.I.A. aided the NWA in their attack on Krueger. ("Before the match, I may or may not have placed a phone call indicating my desire to become a free agent. That information is classified.")
Formed a tag-team with DeathMask and wrestled the Coalition at Summer Showdown 1998. The duo was defeated by the Coalition, but following the match, both C.I.A. and DeathMask were invited by Fiend to join his new Flock along with the newcomer called Carnage. Both declined the offer and were viciously attacked by Fiend and Carnage laying them out with a DDT on a steel chair. ("It was very atypical of me to not consider an offer. I really needed the time to weigh the pros and cons. Then it (the DDT on the chair) hit me. I SHOULD join Fiend's Flock.") At MWF In Your Face 3 : Revolution Calling, was accompanied to the ring by Carnage and with his help, pinned Mr. Hiamoto for the AIR championship title. ("I became the crown jewel of the Flock.")
Lost the AIR belt to the Blue Tiger at Superclash '98 due to botched interference from DeathMask. For his losing the title, was again violently attacked by Fiend and Carnage. ("I allowed myself to become distracted. It may sound strange, but I deserved it.") Won a Triple Threat Match against Coalition 2000 and the Reds for the right to challenge Beach Crew for the MWF Tag Team titles. ("It was becoming far too painful to keep letting Fiend and the flock down.") Closed out 1998 at the inaugural Season's Beatings by being defeated by Beach Crew after being DDT'ed onto his own briefcase. ("My plan on obtaining the tag belts was flawless but apparently not foolproof. The fool DeathMask did not hold up his end of the match. What's worse, I sustained an injury during the match due to the DDT and I could not watch Fiend's back in his World title match against Dr. Destruction later that day and thus, he only had the backing of Carnage. Hopefully Fiend will be able to come to the conclusion that C.I.A. is the only other competent member of the Flock.")
Whether C.I.A. remains with the Flock or leaves in 1999 remains to be seen.
