Career Profile

Franchise Brett Krueger formed the original incarnation of the MWF in the summer of 1986 with Toby Avia. Went on to defeat Avia in the first match in MWF history by pinfall.

Titles Held

MWF International World Tag Team Championship w/Freddy Krueger (as Dream Warriors)

MWF World Tag Team Title (w/Brother Friend; defeated Dr. Destruction & Mike Speedo) April 13, 1990 - April 15, 1992

1994 King of the Ring

MWF United States Title (defeated Fiend) May 15, 1999 - July 17, 1999

Greatest/ Favorite Match: 5/11/90: Wrestlemania Iron Man Match vs. Brother Friend.  It was a simpler time in the MWF. A time when the cheers of the crowd meant nothing and getting over was equally irrelevant. It was a time when wrestlers would go at it for 30 minutes simply for the fun of it.  On May 11, 1990, Brett Krueger defeated Brother Friend in a 30 minute Iron Man Match. It was a match that easily could've tilted in Friend's favor, but on this particular day, Krueger was the better man.

Most Hated Opponent: Bobo Bravado.  Over the years, Krueger and Bobo have had an on again/ off again feud. Although Krueger has gotten the victory in the majority of their matches together, Bobo has always been able to secure the win in the matches that mattered the most.  Krueger made it to the semifinal round of the 1990 King of the Ring, only to be defeated by eventual winner and World Champion Bobo Bravo. At the same event in 1997, Bobo once again eliminated Brett from the tournament, then humiliated him by painting the New World Alliance's "NWA" on his back. Any way you look at it, Bobo has been one of Krueger's biggest obstacles in the MWF.

Toughest Opponent: Fiend.  These former Tag Team Champions have perhaps the most sordid history in the annals of the MWF. Since the early days of the MWF, these two warriors have battled for supremacy in the MWF. Both men have clean victories over the other, but neither has been able to dominate.

Scouting Report

==Strengths==

Focus: After embarrassing himself for years by desperately trying to get over with silly gimmicks, Brett Krueger suffered the most humiliating loss of his career at the hands of Mike Speedo. Rugged Ralph then topped that humiliation by offering Brett membership into the NWA, only to savagely attack him after the offer was accepted! When Krueger returned months later, he returned as a wrestler much more focused on his in-ring wrestling performance. This focus has reinvigorated a career that was once in serious trouble.

Versatility: Brett Krueger does not rely on a singular style. He is an accomplished aerialist, using flying dropkicks, bodypresses, shoulderblocks and forearms effectively. He'll take to the top rope on occasion with a dropkick or high-cross body. He is comfortable in brawls as well as scientific encounters. This unique combination of styles makes it very difficult for Brett's foes to predict his next move.

Old Faithful Maneuvers: Brett Krueger has perfected a variety of moves, which he continues to use to deadly effectiveness. His dropkick and superkick are among the best in the federation. He will use the figure four leglock or Boston Crab as a weardown hold, then hit his opponent with the feared flying forearm.

Perspective: Brett Krueger still understands exactly what the MWF is: a hobby. But like any hobby worth doing, it's worth doing well. From that perspective, Brett puts a great deal of effort into the MWF. But Krueger also has never believed his own hype: he realizes the greatest "backyard" wrestler is still not quite at a par with the professionals who devote years of the lives (hours per day) to perfecting their craft.

Weaknesses

Lack of Confidence: Brett sometimes doubts his own abilities, which in the past led to an over-reliance on gimmicks. Even with his recent refocus, there is still an underlying lack of confidence that hurts Krueger. He has arguably been his own worst enemy over the years.

Sloppiness: Brett can be inconsistent in delivering moves. While some have the crispness desired, he can sometimes be too calculating, trying too hard to execute maneuvers perfectly. Other times Brett will be too cautious, which takes away some of the effectiveness of the moves.

Short Term Friendships: Brett Krueger is destined to be betrayed, and betrayed often. Perhaps too trusting, Brett often forges alliances with other MWF stars, only to be betrayed and beaten by his former friends. Recently Brett has joined forces with the Mountain of Love. Experts agree it's only a matter of time before he pays for that one.

Career Bio

Formed the original incarnation of the MWF in the summer of 1986 with Toby Avia ("I had no vision of growth back then; we were just clowning around"). After being brutally assaulted by Avia on J.W.'s Pit, he went on to defeat Toby in the first match in MWF history ("Call me sentimental, but I'm proud of that win").

Resurfaced in 1987 in the newest incarnation of the MWF, this time to compete in the first ever MWF Tag Team Championship Tournament. Teamed with Ben Hornsby ("A lot of raw talent, but he just didn't 'get it'"). Lost to Toby Avia and Rockin' Rich in the first shoot in MWF history ("The only way Avia could ever beat me was to cheat, the filthy bastard"). Later avenged that shoot by defeating Avia in an Arriba Forearm match at Wrestlemania 4 ("I am the master of the Arriba Forearm match; I've never lost one").

Faced Freddy Krueger (now known as Fiend) at Wrestlemania 5 on April 4, 1988, the first of countless classic matches between the two. After the match went to a time limit draw, the two teamed up to become the Dream Warriors ("Fiend knew then what he's forgotten recently; I am his equal"). Joined Freddy to win the Match Beyond later in the same card.

The Dream Warriors defeated an early incarnation of Doctor Destruction and Mike Speedo for the first Tag Team Championship in 1989. 1989 was a successful year for Brett, as he defeated such past and current MWF superstars as Bobo Bravo and Doctor Destruction.

1990 kicked off with March 10's King of the Ring, where the MWF crowned their first ever World Champion."The King" Brett Krueger surprised everyone in the first round by introducing the first female manager in MWF history, Precious Polly ("She promised to guide me to the World Title that day. Instead she cost me that championship"). Defeated Bonecrusher Bob in the first round, when Bob brought a gun into the ring. The two fought over the firearm, with Krueger managing to shoot Bob in the arm for the victory ("Who brings a gun to the ring? I mean, what was he THINKING?"). Defeated Doctor Destruction in the second round by disqualification, and met Bobo Bravo in the semif-finals ("I had hoped I'd face Bravo that day. I had prepared for him for weeks"). After a grueling battle, Bravo struck Krueger's manager in the face. Krueger snapped and lost control; Bobo easily reversed a flying bodypress to gain the pinfall over Brett ("Precious didn't last much longer after that").

Krueger got a measure of revenge against World Champion Bobo Bravo on April 28, when he pinned Bobo in the Iron Man Tournament ("A nice win, but I was still steamed about the King of the Ring"). Was busy at Wrestlemania on May 11. Won a Rumble Royal alongside a short-lived version of the 4 Horsemen ("It's tough to make a stable of 4 guys last when your entire federation only has 10 people in it"). Also defeated Brother Friend in a gripping 30 minute Iron Man Match ("A fun match"), and stunned the world by teaming with him to defeat Mike Speedo and Doctor Destruction for Tag Team Championship on the same card ("Speedo and Doctor D never beat the Dream Warriors, the greatest Tag Team ever").

Was scheduled to defend the Tag Team Titles at the Elimination Confrontation, when he once again shocked the MWF by announcing he was retiring due to contracting the AIDS virus ("No comment"). Later revealed to be manipulations by Doctor Destruction that led Brett to believe he had AIDS, although Krueger has also taken responsibility for the mistake.

In 1994, Brett became the second ever King of the Ring ("I was 'the King,' after all"). Defeated The Menace, CIA and Doctor D, but had no opponent in the finals ("I didn't care at the time. I was elated. Now people like to bring that up, as if it taints my King of the Ring win"). Put his crown on the line against Bobo Bravo in a ladder match at Wrestlemania '95. Bobo appeared to win, but had actually grabbed the wrong crown ("I was one step ahead of him!").

In late 1996, Rugged Rich and Bobo Bravo formed the New World Alliance, changing their names to Rugged Ralph and Bobo Bravado ("I still say they should've come up with a better name for the group...AND themselves!"). Krueger, now dubbed "the Franchise" was quick to bury the hatchet with MWF superstars Brother Friend (the World Champion), Doctor Destruction and Mike Speedo. Together they made a response tape and sent it to the NWA, making it clear they wouldn't stand back and watch their federation be taken over ("We beat up Bobo's mom. It was great").

Realized in 1997 that he had never gotten a World Title shot, and began to question why ("I was the first guy in the damn federation! How come I'd never gotten a shot at the title?)" Was finally scheduled to enter a 4 Way Dance against Rugged Ralph, Doctor Destruction and World Champion Brother Friend ("It was against 3 other guys, but at least I was finally getting a chance"). Brother Friend stunned the MWF by offering Mike Speedo a World Title match at the same card (Summer Showdown'97, June 21). Speedo upset Friend to become the Champion ("And the screwing began, as I saw it then. I went from getting a shot at the title to having to earn a shot at the title"). "Double 7" Chris Simmons took Friend's place in the 4 way dance, which was now for a title shot at Speedo at the next card. Krueger, along with new manager the Baron, won the match and became the #1 contender.

As Speedo spent time injured, Krueger began to think their was a conspiracy against him, feeling he was getting screwed out of his World Title Shot ("I really lost it for a while there"). He lost to Bobo Bravado in the King of the Ring on September 9, who joined the rest of the NWA in spray painting "NWA" on Brett's back ("I was so obsessed with my perceptions of being screwed, I never paid much attention to the NWA. I didn't consider them much of a threat, a perception that would come back to haunt me later"). Although Speedo came back for King of the Ring and made 2 title defenses, he would forfeit the title at Wrestlemania '97 without ever giving Brett his title shot ("He defends the belt twice in one day...but neither time against the number 1 contender?!? Politics...").

Brett formed the Foundation to Undo the Conspiracy against Krueger, Today!, or F.U.C.K.T. Challenged any man to defeat him at Wrestlemania. Preliminary wrestler Big Red accepted the challenge, stunning Brett with a clean pinfall victory ("My career was in freefall, and I was too stupid to notice"). Ended 1997 with a loss (in a 4 way dance) to Bobo Bravado.

1998's first card was the Elimination Confrontation, which saw the crowning of a new World Champion. Brett was the second man eliminated, by Rugged Ralph. A healthy Mike Speedo won the Elimination Confrontation and gave Krueger his title shot at Lunatic Fringe on April 18 ("I was beaten before I ever set foot in the ring. I had completely lost sight of what my goal had been over a year ago: the World Title. I finally got the shot that I had earned, but was already making excuses for a loss that hadn't happened yet. A loss that was inevitable") Lost in convincing fashion to Mike Speedo ("It's not losing to Mike Speedo that humiliated me; it was the ease of his win").

Rugged Ralph and The Mountain of Love came out after the match. Ralph gave Krueger a wake-up call, mocking Brett's past "silly gimmicks" and current failures. Ralph offered Brett membership into the NWA in order to save his career. Brett accepted ("Don't ask me what I was thinking at that moment; I was lost"). The Mountain and Rugged Ralph instead savagely attacked Krueger, putting him in the hospital for several months and seemingly ending his career ("I had a lot of time to think in the hospital. If I was going to come back, there were going to be some changes").

Returned several months later, June 20, Middletown Massacre III. Disguised as Red Satan, Brett stunned the Mountain of Love by pinning him after a Flatliner ("THAT felt good!"). "Red Satan" unmasked later in the card, when the Mountain and Rugged Ralph were about to end Mike Speedo's career. Stunned both men with Flatliners before they escaped ("I was hungry for blood; NWA blood").

Finally got his match against Rugged Ralph, a dynamic encounter that saw Rugged break a porcelain cooler over Brett's head ("I had a big old bump on my noggin"). But a refocused Brett Krueger pulled off the victory after over 20 minutes of action ("This was, in a sense, my greatest match. It proved a lot of things to a lot of people, especially to myself"). The NWA collapsed soon after.

Continued his "payback tour" by pinning Mike Speedo on August 1, at August Armageddon ("That was Speedo's last singles match. I guess that makes me the guy that put Mike Speedo out of wrestling..."). Defeated rookie Carnage at SuperClash '98 to earn a shot at World Champion Doctor Destruction later in the same card. Carnage and the rest of Fiend's Flock attacked Krueger before his match with Doc, who made quick work of the Franchise ("Another title shot comes and goes. The Flock crossed a line they should not have crossed that night").

Earned a match against Fiend at Wrestlemania by defeating Fiend and Carnage in a tag team match at In Your Face 4: Hearts of Darkness, alongside the Mountain of Love ("The Mountain had lost all his pals in the NWA; I figured he could use a friend"). Lost to Fiend at Wrestlemania after the Mountain threw in the towel for Brett, who was hopelessly locked in the Rings of Fiend ("The Mountain once almost ended my career. On this day, he probably saved it"). The Flock once again attacked Krueger at Season's Beatings, putting him in the hospital for several days. Krueger remains in rehabilitation, with a return to the ring not likely until late 1999 ("These 18 hours a day of therapy are tough, but I'm not through yet").

Won 1998's Most Improved Wrestler of the Year, an award voted on by his peers ("An award I appreciate"). If he returns in 1999 at all, Krueger defiantly has a score to settle with Fiend's Flock, and Fiend in particular.

1999

As 1999 began, Krueger's ally, the Mountain of Love was the reigning MWF United States Champion.  Mountain of Love was interviewed by MWF President Fred Travalenee at the first MWF card of 1999, Saturday Slugfest 1.  During the interview, however, as Mountain of Love was complaining  that no man in the MWF lockerroom could take his MWF United States title away, the man known as Fiend made his way down to the ring with his Flock; Carnage, C.I.A., and DeathMask.  Travalenee sanctioned the match on the spot to be for the MWF U.S. title with "anything goes" rules.  With the match made, Fiend first sent his Flock after the Mountain.  Mountain managed to fend off the Flock by administering Death Valley Drivers to each man, but was caught in a Fiend northern lights bomb and pinned to lose the MWF U.S. title.  As Fiend and the Flock departed the ringside area with their new prize, MWF World Champion Dr. Destruction made his way out to ringside.  Saying how he was disgusted with the way Fiend had beaten Mountain, Dr. Destruction told the Mountain of Love to forget about the U.S. belt and offered Mountain of Love a shot at his MWF World title instead later on in the card, to which the Mountain agreed.  Finally, in the main event of Saturday Slugfest, Dr. Destruction was in fact pinned by Mountain of Love who managed to kick out of a Destruction doctor-bomb, then hit a running Death Valley Driver to win the MWF World title in a ladder match.  Following the match, Brett Krueger appeared to congratulate the Mountain of Love on his MWF World title victory, but was turned on by Mountain of Love who, along with Destruction, and their new HARD CORPS partner Rugged Ralph, stomped down Krueger until Fiend and his Flock saved him by chasing the Hard Corps away to close out the event.  To add insult to betrayal, the Flock ALSO attacked Krueger and left him laying setting the battle lines for the next event!

Krueger was signed to square off in the main event of MWF Spring Fling 1999 against the man that had turned on him - the Mountain of Love - and Carnage in a 3-way dance for the Mountain of Love's MWF World title.  However, Mountain's new-found Hard Corps partners Dr. Destruction and Rugged Ralph made their presence felt in the main event as well.  With Rugged Ralph distracting Brett Krueger, Dr. D hit Krueger from behind.  Destruction lifted the blue saefty mat off the ground and allowed Rugged Ralph to hit his finisher - the eradicator - on  a stunned Krueger taking him out of the match.  Rugged Ralph rolled Krueger back into the ring while Destruction pulled the referee out of the ring before Carnage could pin the Mountain letting the Mountain recover and hit the Death Valley Driver on the near-unconscious Krueger to retain the MWF title.

At the following MWF Saturday Slugfest event, Mountain & Destruction challenged any 3 MWF superstars to take on Destruction, Mountain and a masked wrestler named Mr. Hardcore in a 6-man match.  Brett Krueger, Double-7, and Carnage were quick to answer the challenge, and squared off against the Hard Corps.  Krueger managed to get the pin on Mountain of Love to win the match and earning for himself as a bonus a MWF World title shot.

At BattleBowl 1999, in an attempt to thwart the Hard Corps' interference that occured ar Spring Fling, Brett Krueger signed to meet the Mountain for the MWF belt in a lumberjack match and the lumberjacks would be hand-picked by Brett Krueger himself.  Just when Brett had hit Mountain with his finishing move, the masked wrestler called Crash Test Dummy interrupted a Brett Krueger cover of the Mountain.  The Dummy unmasked and was in fact Dr. Destruction!  Krueger drop-kicked the ersatz Destruction-Dummy out of the ring but was the victim of another attack : the Flock's Fiend had also disguised himself as the masked Sycho Analyst Sid and executed his finisher - the Backlash - allowing Mountain of Love to cover Krueger to retain the MWF belt.   Apparently, Fiend wanted to defeat Mountain of Love personally for the MWF World title at some point, and actually served as an insurance policy to make sure Brett Krueger did not interfere in his own plans allowing the Mountain of Love to retain the MWF World title.

This strategy may have back-fired on Fiend, however, as at Saturday Slugfest 3, Fiend now called out anyone and everyone in the lockerroom who thought they had a prayer of beating him.  He would defend the U.S. title against every man who came down the aisle, one man at a time until someone had beaten him or until he defeated every single wrestler in the back.  Fiend put the U.S. title on the line and defeated Reverend Righteous, 2Pac Notsure, and Big Hick Magee until finally the man he had cost the MWF World title at BattleBowl 1999, Brett Krueger ran down the aisleway and immediately attacked Fiend, and pinned him within seconds to take the U.S. title.  Incesnced at the loss, Fiend challenged Krueger and a partner later on in the event.  Krueger chose Double-7 Chris Simmons as his partner while Fiend teamed with Carnage.  When things looked bright for the team of Krueger and Double-7, Simmons double-7 death-dropped Krueger allowing Fiend to take advantage to Backlash Krueger and pin him to take the match.  Now, Brett has an issue with Simmons......

Having defeated Krueger in the tag team match, Fiend was granted a U.S. title rematch against Krueger 1-on-1 in a falls-count-anywhere match at MWF Middletown Massacre 99.  Fiend took the early advantage in the match, even at one point pile-driving Krueger into a kiddie pool.  The champion, persevered though, and came back despite being locked in Fiend's "rings of Fiend" submission hold.  Fiend became too overconfident, though, as he actually picked up Krueger after he had executed his "backlash" finishing manuever, then attempted to apply it a second time, but then Krueger spun over into a bodypress and scored a 3-count to defend the belt.

With Fiend temporarily silenced, Krueger returned his attention to the man who had caused all the problems in the first place - Double-7 Chris Simmons.  Thus, the very first one-on-one match between Brett Krueger and Double-7 was signed for MWF In Your Face 5 : Ride the Lightning.  Krueger wrestled a competitive, scintillating match against Simmons, and was able to put down Double-7's challenge when Simmons' cocky attitude got the better of him.  Simmons had Krueger set up for the Double-7 deathdrop, but bragged to the crowd a moment too long as Krueger reversed the deathdrop into his own finisher, the double-underhook face bomb to successfully repulse Double-7 to defend the U.S. title and drop Double-7 down a few notches on the list of MWF U.S. title contenders.

The next challenger for Brett would turn out to be Carnage. Carnage was able to upset Krueger, however, as he outfoxed the cagey Krueger when he countered Brett's double-underhook face-driver finishing move into a backslide to get the win and the belt.  Krueger let it be known that he wanted the belt back, however, as he at first offered his hand to congratulate the new champion, but ended up super-kicking him and leaving the new champion all but unconscious.

With the return match with Carnage in the back of his mind, Brett dispensed with the likes of Mr. Hardcore and the MWF newcomer Sergeant Joe Black.  At MWF Independence Day, Carnage was slated to defend his newly-won MWF U.S. title against his old enemy, Mountain of Love but the man he defeated for the U.S. title, Brett Krueger would serve as special referee.  With Krueger remaining mostly unbiased during the match, Carnage managed to defeat the Mountain with his superfly splash with Krueger fast-counting Mountain of Love ensuring that the U.S. title stayed around Carnage's waist to be on the line for their next encounter.

Unfortunately for Krueger, however, Bobo Bravado managed to defeat Carnage for the U.S. belt first, thus their signed grudge match became a non-title affair at MWF In Your Face 7 : Wrestlers in the Mist.  Midway thru the contest, the man Carnage had tried to set on fire earlier in the card, Fiend, made an appearance at ringside.  The instant Carnage defeated Brett Krueger - ironically with the very move he had defeated him with to win the U.S. title - the backslide - Fiend entered the ring with a steel chair and hit Carnage with his finishing move "back-lash" onto the steel chair for a receipt for trying to set him on fire.  With Carnage down, Brett Krueger patted his former Dream Warriors partner Fiend on the back and began to stomp down Carnage himself until Fiend also administered Backlash to Krueger onto the steel chair as well.

Whether this attack was the reason for his subsequent absence in 1999 remains a mystery.  At this point, Brett mysteriously disappeared from MWF action for several months, his whereabouts unknown. Brett returned at MWF Survivor Series 1999 teaming with Double-7's team against the new Flock.  Brett wrestled well in the match eliminating Great White Hunter with a dropkick off the top rope before once again betrayal and greed factored into his life once again as his partners - Boyz in da Hood - turned on him during the match leading to his elimination at the hands of the match's eventual winner - Choppah Harley.

2000

Brett Krueger started 2000 off taking a respite from MWF action to enjoy time with his wife and their first child, Owen.  Brett made appearances from time to time in early 2000 keeping in form defeating Beach Blanket Bobby at MWF Spring Fling 2000 - April 29, 2000, and Andre Agony at MWF All-Star Wrestling 2 - May 13th, 2000.

But at MWF Superclash 2000 - June 3rd, 2000, Double-7 Chris Simmons faced Rugged Ralph in a Ladder Match and was victorious over him when Double-7 hit 2 consecutive kamikaze headbutts (leap-frogging over ladders in each corner) to pin Rugged Ralph for the 1-2-3.  Following the match, Brett Krueger came down for his scheduled match and taunted Rugged Ralph who was still at ringside suffering from the effects of the ladder match.  When Krueger turned his back on Rugged Ralph, Rugged Ralph threw a ladder hitting Krueger in the back.  Rugged Ralph then threw Krueger in the ring and continued the beatdown culminating in a Rugged Ralph eradicator bulldog.  Rugged Ralph left Krueger laying and Brett had to be helped to the back by MWF officials.  Rugged Ralph brutally welcomed Brett Krueger back to action!

But at MWF Independence Day 2000 - June 19th, 2000, it was BRETT'S chance for payback.  Rugged Ralph & Mr. Black teamed together but were defeated by MWF World Champion Mountain of Love & Fiend when Mountain of Love pinned Joe Black with the death valley driver.  Following the match, Brett Krueger ran in and attacked Rugged Ralph to gain revenge for Rugged Ralph attacking him at the last MWF event.  Brett Krueger repeatedly rammed a fork into the right eye of Rugged Ralph.

With Rugged Ralph incapacitated for some time, Brett Krueger took on Ralph's former tag partner Double-7 at MWF Middletown Massacre 2000 - July 8th, 2000.  Following an excellent match, ultimately lost as Simmons hit his kamikaze swan dive headbutt from the top rope to take the victory.

Finally - the Brett-Rugged match was signed, but before the scheduled Brett Krueger - Rugged Ralph match at MWF Summer Showdown 2000 - July 22th, 2000 took place, Brett Krueger challenged Rugged Ralph on the spot to make this match between them a RETIREMENT match - a challenge Rugged Ralph accepted.  Brett survived 2 of Rugged Ralph's finisher - the eradicator bulldog, but Rugged Ralph hit a third eradicator in the middle of the ring and pinned Brett Krueger to take the victory.  According to the stipulation of the match, Brett Krueger was forced to retire.  But since Rugged Ralph had given him a great match, Brett Krueger offered his hand to the victorious Ralph after the match.  Rugged Ralph pulled his hand away and belittled Krueger and left the ringside area.  Nevertheless, Brett Krueger still shook the fans hands intending to honor the retirement stipulation and they gave him a standing ovation for his years of service to the MWF.

However, at MWF BattleBowl 2000 - August 5th, 2000, a man who had the same body type as the retired Brett Krueger made his MWF debut - the White Snake - teaming with Grand Theft Auto in a match to advance to the Battle Royal for the MWF Hardcore title.  Though the Snake was eliminated in his match, the striking similarities between him and Brett Krueger were not lost on Rugged Ralph as White Snake employed many of Krueger's signature moves!

Before the scheduled tag team main event of MWF In Your Face 13 : Breaking the Chains - August 26, 2000, Rugged Ralph appeared and accused the masked White Snake of being the man that he retired at MWF Summer Showdown 2000 - Brett Krueger.  White Snake denied being Brett Krueger, but when the White Snake made disparaging remarks about Rugged Ralph's eye (which was the target of a Brett Krueger fork attack weeks earlier), Rugged Ralph was convinced that White Snake was Brett Krueger.  He then offered a $100,000 bounty to any man who could unmask White Snake and prove he was Brett Krueger.  The Snake and his partner Double-7 were defeated by Mountain of Love & Andre Agony when Mountain of Love pinned White Snake with a guillotine legdrop off the top rope.  Following the match, Double-7 attacked his partner and tried to unmask White Snake but the Snake managed to escape before he was unmasked.

In a Bounty Match at MWF WrestleMania 2000 - September 9, 2000, Whitesnake silenced another would-be bounty-hunter as he pinned El Fuego following a superkick.  White Snake AGAIN escaped - his identity intact.

At MWF Lunatic Fringe 2000 - October 21, 2000, White Snake (w/Tawny) pinned Ares - a man Rugged Ralph handpicked to unmask White Snake - following a tomikaze facecrusher.  Following the match, Rugged Ralph, TIRED of the games, challenged the White Snake to a match on the spot.  If White Snake won, Rugged Ralph would cease the bounty that he placed on White Snake's mask.  After a brief exchange, White Snake pinned Rugged Ralph following an implant DDT.  Following the match, Rugged Ralph attacked White Snake with the briefcase containing the $100,000 bounty, then unmasked him revealing that White Snake was in fact Brett Krueger.  Following White Snake's unmasking, Tawny DDT'ed Brett Krueger seemingly surprised that White Snake was Brett Krueger.

At MWF Harborview Havoc - November 4, 2000, Brett Krueger explains his masquerade as the White Snake these past few months after losing a retirement match to Rugged Ralph.  In Krueger's eyes, Rugged Ralph fairly defeated him but when Krueger offered him his handshake, Rugged Ralph laughed at him.  This convinced Brett that he MUST seek revenge and as the White Snake was an incredible thorn in the side of Rugged Ralph until Ralph finally unmasked White Snake at the last MWF event.Later on, Dream Warriors reunited as MWF Hardcore Champion Fiend & Brett Krueger defeated MWF World Champion Carnage & Double-7 Chris Simmons when Fiend pinned Carnage with his backlash back suplex-sidewalk slam onto a steel chair.  Brett Krueger goes out victorious in 2000 and looks forward to ending his war with Rugged Ralph at MWF New Year's Evil!!!!!

2001

At MWF New Year's Evil .....the feud between Rugged Ralph and Brett Krueger finally came to an end as Rugged Ralph pinned Brett Krueger following an excellent wrestling encounter following his eradicator standing bulldog finisher.  But following the match, Rugged Ralph offered his handshake to Brett Krueger but as Krueger was about to shake his hand, Rugged Ralph gave him the #1 sign.  Krueger then superkicked Rugged Ralph, got a table, then gave Ralph the eradicator off the top rope driving Rugged Ralph thru the table.  Krueger then left to the cheers of his hundreds of fans - a moral victory.
